(A) The City Clerk-Treasurer shall, within 24 hours after the first reading of an ordinance or resolution, deposit such for the purpose of public inspection copies of the ordinance at the City Clerk-Treasurer's office.
(B) All ordinances and resolutions passed by the Common Council shall be recorded by the Clerk-Treasurer and due proof of publication of all ordinances requiring publication shall be attained by the Clerk-Treasurer and attached to the original ordinance. All ordinances and resolutions shall be made available for public inspection and copying at all times during regular business hours. The City Clerk-Treasurer's office may charge a nominal fee for copying of that material.
