§ 30.67 VETO PROCEDURE.
   In the event the Mayor disapproves an ordinance, order or resolution requiring mayoral approval he shall notify each Common Council member in writing outlining the reasons for exercising the veto. The ordinance, order or resolution shall not become law unless at the next properly convening meeting or special meeting held at least ten days following presentation of the ordinance, order or resolution to the Mayor the Council again passes the ordinance, order or resolution by two-thirds vote of all members of the Council.
