§ 31.31 OFFICES OF CITY INSPECTOR AND CITY ENGINEER COMBINED.

There is established the Department of City Inspector which shall be combined with the office of City Engineer. The Mayor may appoint and fix the salary of the City Inspector as he shall deem necessary. The duties of the City Inspector shall be such as are defined in the building, plumbing, electrical and zoning codes. The City Inspector shall have full charge and supervision of all installation and maintenance of all electrical equipment of the city.
