§ 31.32 SUPERINTENDENT OF SEWERS.
   (A)   There is created the office of Superintendent of Sewers for the city.

   (B)   The Superintendent of Sewers shall be appointed by the Mayor and his term of office shall be for one year, or until a successor has been appointed and qualified.

   (C)   The Superintendent of Sewers shall have supervision over all sewers operated by the city, including any sewage disposal plants, and shall be accountable to and governed by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
