§ 33.18 RETIREMENT; PHYSICAL EXAMINATIONS.
   (A)   When a member of the Fire Department reaches his seventieth birthday, he shall be retired from service in the Fire Department.
   (B)   A firefighter shall have a physical examination by the regularly appointed medical doctor of the Fire Department Pension Board on or near his sixty-fifth, sixty-sixth, sixty-seventh, sixty-eighth, sixty-ninth and seventieth birthday, this physical examination to be paid by the Board of Public Works and Safety.
   (C)   A firefighter found not to be physically qualified in that examination provided for in division (B) hereof shall be immediately retired on a physical disability pension.
