§ 33.33 MEMBERS OF COMMISSION; INELIGIBILITY OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES; OATH; COMPENSATION.
   A person shall be ineligible to serve as a civilian member of the commission if he receives any remuneration for services from any City of Vincennes, Indiana public fund, other that the per diem compensation as in this chapter provided. Every civilian member appointed on such commission shall take and subscribe to an oath that he will conscientiously and faithfully discharge the duties of his office, which oath shall be filed with the commission. The Civilian member of such commission shall receive a per diem compensation for each day of actual service in the amount to be fixed by the City Council, but not less than $600 per year.
