§ 33.46 POLICEMEN'S SCHOOL; COURSE OF INSTRUCTION AND TRAINING.
   The Chief shall arrange for a school whenever in his discretion it is necessary to hold a policemen's school for training officers or when it is required by law. In such school the officers shall be given a course of instruction and training adapted to fit them for service as policemen.
