§ 35.15 MONTHLY RECORD REQUIRED BY EACH DEPARTMENT.
   (A)   The superintendents, heads, directors or chiefs of all departments and boards of the city shall make an itemized record of the annual appropriations made for their respective departments or boards, and shall keep an accurate, up-to-date record of all expenditures made therefrom.
   (B)   A copy of this record shall be furnished to the Chairperson of the Budget Committee of the Common Council and to the Mayor on or before the tenth day of each month.
