There is now established three special non-reverting funds in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer for the purpose of receiving donations, grants and other funds from which expenditures pursuant to statute may be expended for the furtherance of the three projects for which the three funds are established. The three projects are identified as follows: Kimmell Park land acquisition of Cooper Woods; restoration of Kimmell Park; and construction of walking track in Gregg Park.
