§ 35.36 DARE FUND ACCOUNT.
   (A)   Fund 49 is established as the DARE Fund and the primary source of revenue deposited in that fund shall be donations from all sources.
   (B)   As the purpose of a DARE program is to provide education to school children against the use of illegal drugs, expenditures from the fund shall be to pay the costs of workbooks, supplies, positive reinforcement tools and course graduation records.
   (C)   The term of the fund established by this section shall be perpetual, until terminated by another ordinance, and shall be nonreverting at year end.
   (D)   Unless otherwise provided by another ordinance, the disposition of the fund balance upon the termination of the fund shall be by transfer to the general fund of the city.
