(A) Fund 53 is established as the Parks and Recreation Department, Indiana Boats and Water Grant, and the source of revenue deposited in that fund shall be money received from the Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Indiana Boats and Water Grant, and the local matching funds. Both amounts to be listed in the Parks and Recreation Department, Indiana Boats and Water Grant agreement.
(B) The purpose of the Parks and Recreation Department, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Indiana Boats and Water Grant is to account for and receipt all deposits and expenditures for the funds listed in the Parks and Recreation Department, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, Indiana Boats and Water Grant.
(C) The term of the fund established shall be no longer than December 31, 2001, unless amended by the Indiana Department of Natural Resources.
