§ 35.41 PARKS AND RECREATION DEPARTMENT GRANT FUND.
   (A)   Fund 20 is established as the Parks and Recreation Chippekokee (Chicago) Park project grant known as IDNR WR-00-17, and is dedicated to the receipt and identification of funds for the Parks and Recreation Department IDNR grant.
   (B)   Upon adoption of this section, Fund 20 will be created as a non-reverting fund to be utilized by the Parks and Recreation Department for the Chippekokee (Chicago) Park budget.
