§ 35.47 FIRE DEPARTMENT TOBACCO CESSATION FUND.
   (A)   Fund 84 is established as the Fire Department Tobacco Cessation Fund, and is dedicated to the receipt and identification of funds of the Fire Department for the purpose of conducting tobacco cessation training for department members and their families.
   (B)   Upon adoption of this section, the Fire Department Tobacco Cessation Fund will be a non- reverting fund.
