§ 35.48 RIVERBOAT WAGERING TAX REVENUE SHARING CITIES AND TOWNS FUND.

(A) Fund 76 is established as the Riverboat Wager Tax Revenue Sharing Fund, and is dedicated to the receipt and identification of funds for department equipment and vehicle acquisition and physical plant maintenance, improvement and repair.

(B) Upon adoption of this section, the Riverboat Wager Tax Revenue Sharing Fund will be a non- reverting fund.
