Items which are to be picked up by the city pursuant to this trash collection service, shall be placed in the specially designed totes provided by the city and adjacent to the designated public right-of-way immediately adjacent to the individual's residence within five feet of the designated public right-of-way prior to 7:00 a.m. on the date scheduled for said collection, but not earlier than two hours prior to sundown (dusk) on the date preceding the scheduled collection. All bags must be inside the tote and the lid must be closed. Additional totes may be required.
