The city, through its Street Department, will act as a depository for the collection of hazardous household waste items. The city shall establish a list of items that may be collected at the hazardous household waste dispoal collection facility. The list establishing acceptable items shall be posted at the facility and shall be subject to change without notice. The charge for accepting items shall be equal to one-half of the cost of disposal.
