§ 50.40 DEFINITION OF DEBRIS AND JUNK.

   For the purpose of this subchapter, debris and junk shall be defined to include the following:

   (A)   Liquids;

   (B)   Liquid or water carried wastes which are normally disposed of in sanitary sewer systems;

   (C)   Hazardous wastes;

   (D)   Building materials; and

   (E)   Appliances, furniture, household fixtures, motor vehicle parts and/or other similar bulky items.
