In addition to the requirements of this chapter, compliance with the requirements set forth in the city’s and Knox County Zoning Ordinance(s) is also necessary. Compliance with all applicable ordinances of City of Vincennes and Knox County, as well as with applicable State of Indiana statues and regulations shall also be required. The Board shall be responsible for enforcement of the provisions of this chapter. Violations of the requirements of this chapter are subject to the penalties listed below.
