Exempt from this chapter are fires celebrating Twelfth Night Ceremonies; fires celebrating school pep rallies; fires celebrating scout activities; camp fires; fires in unsubdivided and/or agriculture lands within the City of Vincennes; and other fires used solely for recreational purposes where such fires are properly controlled and managed and fires in residential fireplaces.
