§ 93.05 ENFORCEMENT.
   The Fire Department is authorized to enforce this chapter and may issue citations for violations as set forth herein. The Police Department and the City Inspector are also authorized to issue ordinance violation citations in furtherance of the purpsoes of this chapter.
