§ 93.06 DISPOSITION OF FINES.

Fines collected from enforcement of this chapter shall be held by the City Clerk-Treasurer in a dedicated fund to be used for the needs of the Fire Department. Expenditures from the fund shall be at the request of the Fire Department Chief's request with approval of the City Council.
