§ 94.02 OBSTRUCTION OF DRINKING FOUNTAINS.

(A) No person shall throw or put into any public drinking fountain, or any pipe leading thereto, any trash, debris or any other substance or material.

(B) No person shall stop, prevent or check the flow of water therein, or turn on or shut off the water supplied thereto.
