WEEDS. As those set forth in I.C. 15-3-4, et seq. and shall include all types of grasses which are permitted to grow beyond the permitted length or which are permitted to go to seed. This definition shall include bushes and shrubbery which is overgrown or block sidewalks, streets, or alleys.
