All applicants must pay a minimum of $25 permit and inspection fee as the time the permit is filed. The permit shall be valid for 90 days after approval is given by the City Engineer. In the event the cut, dig or excavation shall be in excess 25 square feet, then the permit fee required hereunder shall be an amount equal to $.50 per square foot which permit shall likewise be invalid for 90 days after approval is given by the City Engineer.
