§ 97.060 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   STREET TREES. Trees, shrubs, bushes and all other woody vegetation on land laying between property lines on either side of all streets, avenues or ways within the city.
