§ 110.01 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; TRANSFER.
   All licenses provided for in this title shall be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer and he shall account for the proceeds thereof by paying them into the General Fund. Annual licenses may be transferred upon an order duly made by the Board of Public Works and Safety except when the transfer thereof is specifically prohibited by law.
