§ 110.02 LICENSE FEES; DURATION OF LICENSE.
   (A)   All licenses issued under this title shall be issued by the Clerk-Treasurer upon application to him and payment to him of the license fee.
   (B)   All licenses shall be issued under this title for a period of one year unless otherwise specified and shall expire on December 31 of the year in which they were issued unless otherwise set forth in each particular license.
   (C)   In the event of any application for a license to go into effect at any time after January 1 of any calendar year, the applicant shall be required to pay for the license a prorated part for the portion of the year remaining up to December 31 of that year; provided, that no calendar month shall be divided in making such computation and that any portion of a calendar month shall be counted as one month in the computation of time for that remaining portion of the year.
