§ 112.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   DISTRIBUTOR. Any person, firm or corporation who owns, services, or distributes to business establishments and private clubs pinball machines or other amusement devices.
   OTHER AMUSEMENT DEVICES. Coin-operated or electrically-operated machines, the purpose of which is to afford recreation to the patrons of business establishments and private clubs. Without limiting the generality of the definition of PINBALL MACHINE, the following shall be included: Miniature bowling alleys, miniature shuffle boards, pin-pool tables, target shoots, jukeboxes, picture-taking machines and other electrically operated amusement devices.
   PINBALL MACHINE. A coin-operated or electrically-operated amusement device containing one or more metal balls or marbles, found in business establishments and private clubs for the profit of its distributors and the business establishments and private clubs, and the amusement only of the patrons of those establishments.
