§ 112.02 LICENSE REQUIRED; FEE; TERM.
   (A)   No distributor shall expose to the public through the median of business establishments or private clubs any pinball machines or amusements device without first purchasing from the Clerk-Treasurer a current license for that pinball machine or amusement device, and causing the same to be prominently displayed somewhere on the pinball machine or amusement device.
   (B)   Each distributor shall pay a fee as set out hereinafter for each machine placed by that distributor at any location within the city. The fee shall be paid to the Clerk-Treasurer, and upon payment thereof, the Clerk-Treasurer shall issue a permit for the distributor for those machines placed at each location. At no time shall the number of machines at any given location exceed the number of machines for which the distributor has paid a fee.
   (C)   The fee shall be paid annually prior to January 31 and shall be $15 per machines for each calendar year. In the event a distributor places a machine after July 1, and before December 31, he shall be required to pay only $7.50 for the year in which it is so placed.
