§ 112.03 LOCATION OF EQUIPMENT RESTRICTED.

No person or legal entity shall distribute, own, operate, keep or maintain any pinball machine or amusement device within 300 feet of the property line of any property being used in conjunction with an elementary or secondary school grades 1 through 12.
