For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
PUBLIC DANCE. Any dance wherein music, live or recorded or both, is provided for the entertainment and dancing of persons attending to which solicitation for attendance is made to the public, and not less than ten persons to attend.
