§ 112.16 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   No public dance may be given within the limits of the city without first securing a permit from the office of the Clerk-Treasurer with notice delivered simultaneously to the office of the Chief of Police by the permittee, dated. Receipt of a copy by the desk officer shall evidence compliance.
