(A) Permits herein provided for shall be provided by the Clerk-Treasurer for a fee of $5 which shall be deposited in the General Fund and are not to be effective until a copy thereof is delivered to the desk officer of the police by the purchaser.
(B) No permit shall be effective which issued for a date less than ten days following the date of application. The permit shall describe on its face the name of the applicant, the date for which it is sought, the date of the application and the place in which the dance shall be held.
