§ 113.06 RECORDS REQUIRED TO BE KEPT BY JUNK DEALER.
   Every junk dealer shall keep a book in which he shall enter at the time of purchase of any brass, copper, aluminum, alloy, brass or copper wire, wire, brass, copper or alloy parts of machinery, fittings and appliances, a description of the article purchased together with the name and address of the person from whom that article is purchased. This book shall be opened to inspection by the police at any and all times.
