§ 115.02 ISSUANCE OF LICENSE; LICENSE FEE.
   No person shall be issued a license by the Clerk-Treasurer until that time as he displays or gives evidence of the fact that a license has been issued to him by the Commissioner of Health of the state to engage in the servicing and cleaning of septic tanks, seepage pits or cesspools. In the event he establishes to the satisfaction of the Clerk-Treasurer that he has been duly licensed by the Commissioner of Health of the state, upon the payment of a license fee of $50, he shall be issued appropriate licensed dumping cards for identification and processing purposes and he shall be entitled to be issued a license to engage in servicing and cleaning of septic tank waste which shall also be construed to mean cesspool, dry pit or seepage pits waste, for the year in which the license has been issued. Dumping septic waste will not be permitted at the city dumping station without use and/or presentation of the license/dumping card.
