All personal engaged in the occupation of servicing and cleaning of septic tanks, seepage pits or cesspools shall be charged the sum of $120 per dump of waste for septic waste hauling trucks with a rated capacity of less or equal to 1,500 gallons and $140 per dump for truck capacities larger than 1,500 gallons for the right and privilege to dispose of their cleanings in the sanitary sewer system of the city, such fee to be payable upon receipt of billing from the City Clerk-Treasurer's office. Failure to pay that billing will result in suspension of the license.
