(A) Each solicitor or peddler shall, at all times when soliciting or peddling in the city, carry upon his/her person the license issued by the Clerk-Treasurer and the same shall be exhibited by that registrant whenever he/she is required to do so by any police officer or requested to do so by any person solicited.
(B) Soliciting or peddling shall be permitted only between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and sunset.
