§ 119.03 LIMITATION ON LOUDNESS OF LOUDSPEAKERS AND BELLS USED FOR ADVERTISING.
   It shall be unlawful for the driver or operator of any motor vehicle to use more than one loudspeaker, bell or other device, and said loudspeaker, bell or other device shall not have the capability or capacity to emit a signal louder than 100 decibels at full volume, measured at any distance from said device, for the purpose of advertising to the general public the food, product or presence of the vehicle.
