(A) Mobile food vendors can park on city streets as long as they follow all city parking restrictions and ordinances, including payment of parking meters, if present.
(B) They may not park:
(1) Within 50 feet of any facade or outdoor seating of a ground level establishment that also sells food or beverages (this only applies from an hour before the establishment's opening to an hour after closing);
(2) Within 50 feet of any event area in which vendors pay a fee in support of the event;
(3) In alleyways;
(4) Within 15 feet of a fire hydrant;
(5) More than one foot from the curb; and
(6) Within 15 feet of an intersection or blocking other drivers’ line of sight.
