§ 130.19 TURNING IN FALSE FIRE ALARMS.
   No person shall open any of the signal boxes connected with the fire alarm system of the city for the purpose of knowingly giving a false alarm; or break any glass key-box or tamper, meddle or interfere in any way with those boxes, or any part thereof, by cutting, breaking, injuring or defacing the same; or cut, break or injure in any way the wires or their support; or connect the same by any means so as to prevent the proper working of the system or with intent to do so; or injure, break deface or destroy any machinery, building, fixture, box or apparatus connected with or belonging to the Fire Department. No person shall willingly and knowingly give any false alarm by breaking any glass key-box connected with the Fire Department or by crying “fire” or in any other manner.
