§ 150.51 CONFLICTING PROCEDURES.

The present Housing Code in Chapter 152 of this code of ordinances in some respects covers the same subject matter as this subchapter. Wherever there may be a conflict between Chapter 152 and this subchapter, the language of this subchapter shall prevail.
