All plumbing contractors, journeyman plumbers and apprentice plumbers, prior to performing any plumbing work in the City of Vincennes, must have a valid Indiana State Plumbing License or Certificate of Registration. The License or Certificate of Registration must be shown upon request by the City Inspector or the Deputy City Inspector.
