§ 151.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD. The Historic District Review Board of the city.
   CERTIFICATE OF APPROVAL. The certificate issued by the Board upon the form and in the fashion as the Board shall determine and adopt.
