§ 151.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF BOUNDARIES.
   (A)   Pursuant to this chapter, a survey has been conducted to identify historical buildings, structures and places within the city. The Board has submitted to the Common Council a map describing the boundaries of an historic district and designating on the map all buildings and structures within the district by classification.
   (B)   Boundaries of an Historic District for the city, covering the following described area shall be as follows:
      Beginning at the low water mark of the Wabash River at the extension of the center line of Indianapolis street; thence southeast along the center line of Indianapolis Street to a point 30 feet northwest of the Hack and Simon Brewery Office; thence northeast 100 feet; thence southeast parallel with Indianapolis Street to the center of Fourth Street; thence southeast along the center line of Fourth Street to the center of Harrison Street; thence southeast along Harrison Street to the alley between Eighth and Ninth Streets; thence southwest along the alley between Eighth and Ninth Streets to the center of Hart Street; thence northwest along Hart Street to the center of Eighth Street; thence southwest along Eighth Street to the alley between Perry and Seminary Streets; thence southeast along the alley between Perry and Seminary Streets to the center of Ninth Street; thence southwest along Ninth Street to the center of Broadway; thence southeast along Broadway to the center of Tenth Street; thence southwest along Tenth Street to the center of Main Street; thence northwest along Main Street to the center of Ninth Street; thence southwest along Ninth Street to the center of Vigo Street; thence northwest along Vigo Street to the center of Seventh Street; thence southwest along Seventh Street to the center of Nicholas Street; thence northwest along Nicholas Street to the center of Sixth Street; thence southwest along the center of Sixth Street to the center of Bayou Street; thence northwest along the center of Bayou Street to the center of Fifth Street; thence northeast along Fifth Street to the center of Nicholas Street; thence northwest along Nicholas Street to the center of Third Street; thence southwest along Third Street to the center of Willow Street thence northwest along Willow Street center line projected to the low water mark of the Wabash River; thence following the low water line northeasterly to the point of beginning.
