A person commits a Class B infraction, who:
(A) Begins work in violation of § 151.18;
(B) Moves, reconstructs, alters, or maintains an historic building or structure in violations of § 151.20;
(C) Fails to maintain a historic building as required by § 151.21(A);
(D) Performs any construction, reconstruction, moving, alteration, major maintenance, or repair in violation § 151.21(B); or
(E) Demolishes an historic building in violation of § 151.22;
