(A) Temporary permit. A temporary use permit may be issued, at the discretion of the City Council for a period not to exceed two years. The temporary permit may be renewed for an additional one-year period upon showing of good cause and with permission to do so. However, at the discretion of the City Council, a temporary use permit may be issued to an applicant for a health or age related circumstance for a period coterminous with the health or age related circumstance.
(B) Permit expiration. At the time the temporary permit expires, the manufactured or mobile home and all appurtenances shall be removed from the property within 90 days.
