All revenues generated from the current Rental Housing Code or any amendments or additions thereto are to be henceforth dedicated funds and are not to revert at the conclusion of the city's fiscal year to the general fund. These funds are to be accumulated and maintained in a separate dedicated fund to be used exclusively for purposes set forth in the Rental Housing Code and as may be appropriated by the Common Council from time to time.
