§ 157.05 ZONING REGULATIONS.
   Within the Residential District the following regulations shall apply:
   (A)   Only one sign may be erected or maintained on any single property.
   (B)   No sign shall be erected or maintained between the curb and the sidewalk.
   (C)   No sign shall be illuminated.
   (D)   No sign shall be erected nearer to the sidewalk than a point equidistant between the nearest edge of the sidewalk and the nearest edge of a building on the premises.
