(A) The leading edge of the proposed sign shall not be less than eight feet from the public right-of- way on both the front and side property lines.
(B) No sign shall be erected or maintained in any form or at any location where it may obstruct or in any way interfere with the view of or be confused with any approved traffic-control device.
(C) Signs shall comply with the sight distance standards of the sight triangle as shown below.
