§ 35.71 COSSAP LEAD STIPEND FUND.
   (A)   Source of funds. The fund (Fund 278) shall consist of $10,000 annually being paid by Good Samaritan Hospital according to the MOU; these funds will be invoiced quarterly by the administration of the Police Department.
   (B)   Use of funds. All monies of the COSSAP LEAD Stipend will be used, without appropriation, solely for police equipment and ammunition.
   (C)   Non-reverting fund. Fund 278 is a non-reverting fund.
